Instagram may eventually allow you to purchase the coveted Blue verification badge, also known as the Blue tick, but in the meantime, users must rely on the conventional approach. The verified label, according to Instagram, enables users to “discover the public figures, celebrities, and brands they want to follow.” Nevertheless, to be honest, the blue checkmark has evolved into a status symbol over time. Similar to this, a verified badge on an Instagram profile may entice businesses to work with the creator to monetize their material.

In contrast, there are a few well-known accounts with 10,000 or more followers, but those profiles lack the blue tick.

Instagram also takes into account the number of times your name has been referenced in news stories during the previous six months.

There isn’t much information on Instagram’s official assistance page for brands. Yet if Instagram is to follow Twitter’s guidelines, marketers must make sure they have a reliable website, a public page (like a Wikipedia page), attribution in news pieces, and a strong Google Search presence.
