In a Facebook post, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique in Bandra, citing his ties to Bollywood and Dawood Ibrahim. The gang linked the assassination to revenge for the death of their member Anuj Thapan in police custody. Mumbai police are investigating the post’s authenticity.

The latest update in the case of leader Baba Siddique’s murder is both shocking and alarming. On Sunday through a Facebook post, the infamous gangster group – gang has taken complete responsibility for NCP leader and former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique’s murder. The respected politician was assassinated mercilessly outside his office in Bandra, Mumbai on Saturday night.

Through the social media post, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed that they targeted the veteran politician because of his ties to Bollywood, especially to , and alleged connections to underworld figures like Dawood Ibrahim.

In the post, the gang also mentioned that they did this because one of their members, who was accused in Salman Khan’s house firing case, lost his life in police custody. The reason for his demise was cited as suicide.

“Salman Khan, we did not want this war but you made our brother lose his life. Today the pool of decency of Baba Siddique is closed or at one time he was under MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) with Dawood. The reason for his death was his links to Dawood and Anuj Thapan in Bollywood, politics, and property dealings.”

“We have no personal enmity with anyone. However, anyone who helps Salman Khan or the Dawood gang should be prepared. If anyone gets any of our brothers killed, we will respond. We never strike first. Jai Shri Ram, Jai Bharat, salute to the martyrs.” Mumbai police are looking into the post’s authenticity as it is being virally circulated.

Lawrence Bishnoi’s Gang Claims Responsibility For Baba Siddique’s Murder

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the murder of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique. The NCP leader, 66, was shot dead outside his son Zeeshan Siddique’s office in Mumbai’s Bandra East last night.

According to the police, three shooters were involved in the murder. Out of the three, two have been arrested – Gurmail Baljit Singh, 23, from Haryana and Dharamraj Kashyap, 19, from Uttar Pradesh – and the third has been identified as Shiv Kumar Gautam, also from UP. A fourth person, believed to be the handler, is also on the run.

The suspects had been monitoring Mr Siddique for months, conducting reconnaissance of his residence and office, police said. The police revealed that the suspects had been paid ₹ 50,000 each in advance for the hit and that arms had been delivered to them only days before the assassination.

Both arrested suspects are now in police custody, and the hunt for the others continues. Mumbai Police have also heightened the security around Salman Khan’s residence – the site at which a shooting incident took place.
