The OnePlus Nord CE 3 has been a subject of rumours for some time, but the company hasn’t officially announced the news. As the name implies, the Nord CE 3 will replace the Nord CE 2, and we can anticipate significant improvements from OnePlus compared to competitors like Xiaomi and Redmi.
The Nord CE 3’s complete specifications have been revealed ahead of time. The back camera module will likely receive a significant improvement, but it appears that the phone will continue to operate on the Snapdragon 695 CPU.
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 will continue to feature an IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full-HD+ resolution, as reported by 91Mobiles. It is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 695 chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. But this year, OnePlus might step it up by providing 256GB of storage, like we witnessed with the Redmi Note 12 series.

This year, the camera department might receive a significant improvement, and the Nord CE 3 might come equipped with a primary camera with 108 megapixels and two megapixel cameras. An ultra-wide angle lens may not be included by OnePlus, it seems.
Recall that the 64-megapixel primary camera, the 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and the 2-megapixel snapper are all features of the February 2022-released OnePlus Nord CE 2. The Nord CE 3 is rumoured to come with a 16-megapixel selfie camera in addition to the 16-megapixel camera on the front of the Nord CE 2.
Since OnePlus is known for its rapid charging technology, we can anticipate a modest improvement on the Nord CE 3. According to the rumour, the future OnePlus phone will have a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W rapid charging. Although the battery capacity has grown, the charging pace has remained constant. We can also anticipate 5G, fingerprint scanners, NFC, and Android 13 out of the box as important additional features.
The same publication published a purported render of the phone earlier this month, and the Nord CE 3 is most likely to have a black finish. The brand might also introduce a blue variation that is distinctive to the Nord line.
Although the exact pricing is unknown, it won’t be shocking if the phone exceeds Rs 25,000. With the most recent Redmi Note 12 series and Oppo A78 5G, we witnessed that smartphones in India are becoming more expensive. The Nord CE 2 Lite, OnePlus’ first phone priced under Rs 20,000, was released last year. The base variant of the Nord CE 2 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage was priced at Rs 23,999 at launch.
